Hi all.

I have bought the Crusader by V+V Miniatures, just because they look so great.

On the other hand, I do not know much about the Crusades, so can anybody tell me for which timeframe or for which Crusade they are?

Thanks and cheers,
Peter

You could use those Pilgrims for any of them.

The great helms and kettle-hats look 13th century. The shields are fairly large, perhaps too big for the end of that century. So I would suggest they are best suited to the Fifth (1217-1221) until the Seventh (1248-54) crusades.

Of course there was a lot of fighting, much of it smaller-scale, involving the Crusader States in between the actual Crusades.
