Actually, Russia cheated, thus making America's continuing to abide by the treaty alone while her opponent builds scores if not hundreds of banned nuclear weapons, stupid. |

I'd just go with the simpler, time saving, we can't trust them or the Chinese at any time (and probably most other nations for that matter), especially given the latest revelations of the latter trying to steal jet engine tech again from us, reported yesterday. |
