I think that should be 'Brassiere of Doom'.
I wonder what calibre they are? Could be difficult to reload discreetly!
Don't like to think about the problems with the recoil…

A brazier is an open iron bucket containing burning coals, used by purveyors of roast chestnuts, outdoor workmen trying to keep warm and similar.
