You were a bit late here! (Grin)

We have already started discussing what these could be adapted to and we began without you. I think you must be slipping…………

Tango is neither early nor late, but arrives precisely at the time he means to…

We have a football chant (soccer to our colonial cousins) to adapt.

He posts when he wants
He posts when he wants
His name is Tango
and he posts when he wants

(to the tune of Sloop John B by the Beach Boys)

Until Armand posts, it is not real…

You are talking about Schrodinger and Quantum Uncertainty? We must imagine Tango in a box and, until we open the lid…………we do not know if he has posted!

Heisenberg (the German one, not the chemist) would have no uncertainty about this.

Absolutely. It is the lesser known concept of 'Shrodinger's Post'.

There are some things you can just count on… 😄

At least you can take a joke and not get mad at us.

Keep up the good work! (Smirk)

Smile :)

why should an algorithm should get mad at us, Tango is a program – you see this on the standardized answers, lancing of the posts, ignoring if others did this at the appropriate sections.

I have often pondered this before. Is Tango "just" a piece of software on someone's PC that has gone rogue?

What if he became self aware? What if our responses really irritated him and he had access to nuclear strike codes?

Why do we never ever see his own work, even though he insists he models, paints and games?

IronDuke596 Supporting Member of TMP31 Oct 2018 9:51 a.m. PST

No, I believe you are are wrong. I believe he is a person (English speaker living in the U.S.) who is masquerading as a Venezuelan and having much fun doing it. And that is OK with me.

Keep up the good work T.

Tango0131 Oct 2018 11:20 a.m. PST

So funny…. (big smile)

Two mistakes here:

1. I'm not Venezuelan… I'm Argentine….

2. If you search… there are some threads with my figures…. one from mon Ami Arteis shows a lot of my battles…

Love your sense of humor… quite similiar of mine….

Glad you enjoyed the figures my friends!. (smile)

Now Argentinian I always knew….Like poor old Ernesto Guevara de la Serna, who had an Irish grandfather called Lynch. Bless him, an asthmatic doctor who did not think to bring bronchodilators with him to Bolivia, a minister of economics who did not have a clue in Cuba, a whole series of disasters, but who produced one really good photograph, maybe two. A gay icon to this day. He was sickeningly good looking, when young and thin as a rake. See him at the UN a few years later……

We love to tease you. This tells you that you do matter. The worst is to be ignored. My granddaughters tell me "liked" is what matters. Ignored is disastrous

But now you tell me your work has been shown. A LINK (you must). A WHOLE NEW TOPIC SURELY. PLEASE (Grin. Smirk. Laugh out loud?)

Tango0101 Nov 2018 11:30 a.m. PST

To lazy to tried to search it… tried with Arteis… he have the clue…(smile)

Agree with your granddaughters… I loved: "Ladran Sancho!… seņal que cabalgamos" (smile).

I had completely forgotten this. It is a fantastic message thread and just see how popular it proved, to judge by the number of responses.

I think that fantasy game sounds brilliant. Let us face it, reproducing the two (three?) armies at Waterloo takes money, patience, skill and detailed research…but not much imagination. Everything is largely pre-ordained.

I suspect many will have a far greater respect for all your input having seen this…and of course we want to see more!

Lambert Supporting Member of TMP01 Nov 2018 3:01 p.m. PST

Absolutely right. This is the real deal. The future is Tango.

Would love to see more pictures!

Tango0101 Nov 2018 4:27 p.m. PST

Thanks my friends!. (smile)

69.000 figures painted … till now… (smile)
