Task avoidance has, once again led me down the Matchlock Miniatures' personalities route: this time I've attempted the general's litter (in effect a sedan chair powered by two mules rather than two servants) and a couple more generals (to justify the postage). link Plus I have run out of excuses and almost finished four more Parliamentarian regiments of horse. The final unit just needs varnishing and basing, but the other three are now complete. link I'd also like to say 'thank you' to everyone who has visited my blog. It's just passed quite a considerable milestone (over 12k hits) in just 10 months and a handful of days. Wow! never really thought anyone would be particularly interested in my inane ramblings. Thank you also for all the kind comments both here, on the blog and via email. Really appreciated. Had a fiddle around and updated some of the pictures (of miniatures) with better quality ones, and had a bit of a tidy up too. |

A fine litter to transport your general. I hope the mules can keep a steady pace. Congratulations on the blog reads, here's hoping for many more, posts and reads :-) |
