These books move away from the core characters in the original trilogy and explore different regions and characters like Funston's bunch in Texas and Churchill's experiences in Europe.

It's pretty cool to see the Front expanding and growing!

Are any miniatures available for the Martian Front?

rustymusket20 Oct 2018 3:39 p.m. PST

Regarding miniature, see miniaturemarkets.com for the original rules and figs/vehicles, etc.

Tgunner20 Oct 2018 3:49 p.m. PST

Ebay and Amazon have extensive selections available.

As much as I like the series the book covers could be better.

@dragon6

There is the official website quietmartianfront.com.

Sadly looks like it may have gone out of production for a second time.
Another site might be of interests.

Tho I can't wait to read about the Texas front.

Tgunner21 Oct 2018 1:56 p.m. PST

Maybe we should all go buy lottery tickets. The winner could buy AQOTMF and keep it in production.

What?!?!

How dare them alien critters try to invade our beloved* Lone Star State!

@beingshort1

Was there official news of the line going out of production again or are you basing that theory on their webstores lack of inventory. I'd hate to hear the line had failed again… :(

Speculation I guess, but given that the store shows no product…

The covers are just placeholders. Distributors and bookstores like to be able to start listing books WAY in advance of their release so the publisher has to knock something together to keep them happy. The Texas Front cover is definitely going to be replaced before release. "Europe Ablaze" probably will be, too. Especially since 'Europe Ablaze' is the title for the trilogy that's planned. Book 1 will have a different title :) I should also note that I'm a bit behind on the Europe book. I doubt very much I'm going to meet that release date :( Sorry.

@Canuckinator

Like Tgunner said, just speculation. From what I could tell from the site, nothing going on nor any updates of late. Again just speculation.

Canuckinator22 Oct 2018 6:46 p.m. PST

That does seem odd. With that being said – Miniature Market (the parent company) appears to have plenty of stock. link

Perhaps they've just given up on running two webstores concurrently. *shrug*

Miniature Market (Ironclad Games) sold the game system to another company Abbynormal Publishing who is working on getting things organized at this time. The new company is planning on publishing a Second Edition rulebook of All Quiet on the Martian Front after the play testing is done. The future is looking great for the game again.

That's great news!!!
