I've had several orders "filled" by them that were missing packs. I've had an order delayed because they were too busy gearing up for a Wargaming show.

I have been buying from Old Glory for over 30 years and have never had that happen. I will get notified if a show has them backed up. I have learned never to order 1 month before or after Historicon.

I didnt say, I didnt get notified. I said, my order got delayed because of a show. The OP said he got his stuff in 5 days. Well, I didnt.

I am not sure you understood my post and I certainly dont understand yours. What did you do when they told you your order would be delayed due to Historicon?
