Why would someone put their website into maintenance mode when they are going out of business? New owner, perhaps?

Yes, it's been sold but new owners not yet announced AFAIK. They make very nice 15mm figures across a wide variety of subjects rather than terrain, by the way.

New message on website says that The Wargames Zone has taken over their 15mm ranges.
