I'm just getting into wargaming and was wondering if there is anyone in the area who does historical wargaming, preferably ancient? I've only looked at games such as SAGA, Hail Caesar,Impetus, and Black Powder. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated. |

The Southern Front convention was in Raleigh last weekend. Disaster's link is a good place to start. |

Using the TMP Member Locator: TMP link Unfortunately only two are still active. But you can search on surrounding counties. Jim |

Pretty sure the Raleigh lads have a facebook page now too. There are at least 30 historical mini players in the group, and they play everything, not just historicals. |

Actually, of that list for Wake County, most are active gamers and some still lurk here on TMP although w/o posting. The 3 listings with 'gameconnection' in the title are for a closed game shop. |
