I knew a little of that, but only a little. I only just skimmed it, not sure if I want to read it all. It's just heartbreaking. Even if the western companies were persuaded to pursue this report's recommendations, China doesn't have to respond to anything. I can't imagine a way this ends well for the Sudanese.
