Wow, I love them! One question though … If there are plants already growing, then rainfall would have washed away some of the dust, right? I can't find any pictures of volcanic ash on cars and such, after some time has passed and vegetation has started to take hold again. Dan |

I guess that, after 2 decades, many of the flat roofs on the island are still holding a lot of ash, but the wind and rain have cleared up the sides of buildings a little: link Dan
