I know that Black Tree Design has Boers and so does Old Glory. Who else makes 28mm Boers for the Second Boer War?

Here you go. Might have to dig around in the 'Zulu War' and 'General Colonial' sections as well!

Cerdic, thanks for that link. I have bookmarked it. And thanks to everyone else, I have forgotten that Empress and North Star and Foundry have Boers.

Right now I am considering a third colonial era conflict to collect, paint and run games using The Men Who Would Be Kings. Right now I have an abundant number of Darkest Africa figures for general Explorers vs Natives and Slavers or German East Africa conflicts with the Ngoni. I am working on my Plains Wars collection at the moment but once that is done I have been casting my eye to other conflicts of the colonial period. I just find this one of the most fun areas to miniature war game and admit I am probably going overboard. So, much like most war game miniature enthusiasts I know.

The conflicts I have been looking and studying up on are as follows:

The Second Boer War (Or perhaps just the First Boer War)
Second Anglo-Afghanistan War
And then the ubiquitous Sudan and all that entails.

I have also looked at Empresses impressive line for the Third Anglo-Afghanistan War although that is a bit past the intent of TMWWBK rules. Although I have always been interested in finding a conflict where I could run inter-war games and the Third Anglo-Afgan presents some interesting possibilities. And folks have been modifying TMWWBK to work in later periods for WW I and inter-war. Still, the Boer Wars present a non-typical "native" force in the way the Boers fought.

I will have to add I am also looking at the French Foreign Legion, i.e., Beau Geste thing. Yet, another fun period to miniature wargame for the colonial era.
