Guys
I'm in the process of building up a Swedish force (in 10mm). There seems to be bunch of stats out there I can use including some unit cards. However…from 1985 onwards the Swedes replaced their TOW ATGW with the RBS56 Bill ATGW.
I'm interested in views at to what stats I might use for this ATGW, given that it is a top attack weapon…

Perhaps ignore penetration rolls, since any hit should succeed. Not sure how it compares range-wise, but imagine accuracy is probably comparable. |

Repaint, I could use TOW but Bill with its top attack should be a better tank killer. |
