Hi, I have the Warlord plastic infantry and artillery. I would like to know which companies cavalry are compatible. Many Thanks Rich. |

Same general style and size are Eureka. |

Foundry and Eureka are similar sizes. Perry are a bit bigger. But they are all generally compatible together and should be so with Warlord figures. |

I didn't include Fife and Drum because they are very good anatomically. They're great figures. However the OP wanted to match plastics which always have huge heads. Me, I have a nice F&D unit of Pulaski's Legion. As far as I'm concerned they fit in very well with Perry, Foundry, Eureka, Old Glory, Hinchliffe, Kings Mountain… Some people are fussy about tiny details. I'm not. |

Opinions can differ I guess.. I don't have a problem with the proportions of Wargames Factory/Warlord AWI figures. Their heads to me are not oversized, especially when compared to certain lead figures. My issue with them is size. While Perry plastics fall somewhere between 25 and 28 the WF/WL figures are more like 30. I have one unit with Perry line and WF/WL grenadiers and the effect is 72" grenadiers in a unit of 66" troops. It is an exception to me "different manufacturers-different units" rule. |
