I have it too. Great game, and one of my group's favorites (if we will all actually start to attack each other…) The first edition was by Milton Bradley, part of their Gamemaster Series. The second version (with the much better galleys) is the updated edition by Eagle Games, with additional components and rules for a much more advanced intrigue game (which we've actually never attempted, as we much prefer the simpler rules). Note that the MB version was "broken" due to the catapult rules, making them the "everything-killer" unit, and making it possible for one player to acquire most or even all of the catapults while other players had none. Eagle games revised these rules and provided catapults for each player to purchase. Alas, both versions are now OOP. And you can't have mine. |
