The horse size looks more historically accurate than many makers.

I also like the javelin diameter – far more realistic.

They are more like scale models than dis-proportioned game pieces.

So new, in fact, that they're not even listed on their website?? These are exactly the kind of figures I need, but I dont see them listed.

That is seriously good painting and figures. Very hard to get that in the field look.

Footsore make their figures with closed fists which is great when adding javelins and spears. I really appreciate this (although adding in swords and such becomes difficult.)

I suppose it could be coincidence but these look very much like Gripping Beast miniatures – perhaps the sculptor?
