As some of you will know I have been running a toy soldier company, Imperial Miniatures, alongside my wargames company Black Hat Miniatures for the past couple of years.

I have been struggling to run both companies to their full potential and sold off my 25mm ranges earlier this year to reduce workload.

Now, after a lot of thought, and having been presented with the opportunity to buy the complete "All the Queens Men" Toy Soldier ranges, I have decided to sell the 15mm ranges as well. This will allow me to concentrate on the Toy Soldier side through Imperial Miniatures.

Black Hat Miniatures won't be going anywhere, however, as I will still be selling and distributing the Coat D'arms range of paint which I also own and I intend to expand the range of paint and other products offered.

I am very pleased to say that the new owner of the 15mm ranges (and the 18mm Martian Empires VSF range) is Ian Marsh of Fighting 15s. Ian and I first met at the Napoleonic wargames club at school in 1977. Since we both "fell" into running wargames businesses 14 years ago we have expanded the businesses alongside each other, attended shows together and cooperated on a number of ideas including Martian Empires. I can't think of a better person to continue to sell and develop the 15mm Gladiator Miniatures ranges.

I've had good experiences buying from both you and Ian. Good luck to both of you.

That explains why I no longer see 25mm Rat Pirates on your website. Anyone know if these are available elsewhere? I know there are other ratmen out there but the Black Hat sculpts are what I'm after.
