Poor presentation is a good one. I don't remember if it was on the list or not but it should have been. I have seem some games at conventions that I wouldn't let my dog lay on.

Sometimes you need to bully a player into action. I assisted in a game where a fella insisted in having the best troops on the board. We explained three times that these troops had to rush a position to balance the game. What did Captain Greattroop do? Sat on his troops the whole game. We finally stripped him of his command, took the troops in and attempted to salvage the last three turns. Note, this lent to engagement. Now, the opposing players had a purpose again. I am a bully and in this case proud of it.
