I don't like the water effect--unless that's supposed to be blueberry cream or something, but the skin appears to be nicely done.

It looks like the ice cream cone is supposed to be melting into the water, but I don't think it looks like it. Almost looks like she is dipping her legs into a swirling vat of paint mixing.

Amazingly well painted.
I really like her skin (look at those freckles and spots!), the grey tiles, how the bikini bottom has been painted wet especially on the back.

Unfortunately the actual water, and related effects, look like a pot of mixed paint. Well done, but just… odd.

You often see a blue color on peopel when they usea lighted indoor pool at night and I think that's the effect beign tried here – and it almost works :)
