Mine is the Stag Beetle from the family Lucanidae.

I think your's is a "Beatle".

Actually, mine has to be the Christmas beetle genus Anoplognathus.

I used to collect them when I was a kid. You'd know that summer was here and Christmas just around the corner when they arrived.
