In the USA @ Menards I found small jars (60ml) of metallic "accent" paints for $3.99 USD. They have pewter, gold, bronze & several others. Bought a few & tried out the "real pewter". Coverage was better than the craft store acrylics I was using. Add that Menard's runs an "11%" off promotion very frequently I felt they were a good buy. They were designed for accents on furniture etc & made by Rustoleum. |

I recently picked up the Rustoleum Sterling Silver Metallic Accent paint.
It comes in a 2-ounce (59ml) plastic container with a screw-off lid.
It is indeed much thicker than craft paint (my Apple Barrel silver is terribly thin).
I managed to spill about half of it upon first use… |
