Hrm. Looks like an early 1980s Air Wing (Hornets were introduced 1983, but there's an SH3 helicopter on deck). I'd rather see the 1967 Air Wing on the 'USS Forest Fire'. |

Honestly, Armand? I don't think I like the model. The jet blast deflectors behind the catapults aren't right, the defenses are particularly low-detail, and the model itself is an odd scale so it'd be hard to correct the details. |

I did my one and only carrier landing on her in 1974. Spent two days on her while I was in transit to my ship. Then I left her in a SH 3. Carriers are impressive and big. |
