I played three games. Bought the Grand Master Edition; mounted and painted both Warlords, the buildings and the Knights. My intention is to sell everything. It's not for me.

I have yet to play a game. I have one of the Warlords and three of the knights painted and the second Warlord is almost done.

I will try the game the way it is. I'm excited to do so but mostly bought the stuff to play epic with. I have Titan Legions and Space Marine and want to do the Battle of Molech with it.

If I like the rules, great, if not then I'll use the old rules. I might have to use them anyway given that this just covers titans . . . so far.

IMO use whatever models and/or rules one prefers. There are 4, now 5 versions of GW's Epic/AT. Plus many, many other nice 6mm sci-fi models and rule systems out there today. GW should only be one of your choices … or not …
