Looks like they lost their domain registration.

Editor Bill,

The domain was intentionally allowed to expire. The majority of SGMMs assets have found new homes and are being, or will be, produced/sold under new banners. The specific name rights remain with the original 20mm range of figures but there is no reason to believe a buyer will want to assume the old domain for a business or range name.

Hope this helps clarify things.
