Good to see you revisiting Coulmiers. A tough day for the French again, I see. Which battle will you do next? I think the Beaune-la-Rolande scenario in the Yahoo group files is similar size and situation. Out of those in the BBB rulebook, the Loigny/Poupry scenario is probably the easiest to set up and quickest to play. Also, if your 2mm troops don't mind standing in as Austrians or Hanoverians, I always recommend Montebello (1859) and Langensalza (1866) as really good quick fun games – both in the Yahoo group files.
