Today we fought a large Austro-Prussian War game, a full report of which can be seen here link

In all we had 35 Austrian battalions, four regiments of cavalry and 13 batteries facing off agianst 24 Prussian battalions, four cavalry regiments and 13 batteries.

It was a hard fought contest that the Austrians eventually won – the first time in half a dozen games that they succeeded in overcoming the Prussian firepower.
