Fearless and Loyal chronicles the operational history of one of the largest, but least known of the German states during the Napoleonic Wars. Originally an old Ducal state, Napoleon elevated its ruler to King in 1805 as part of the Confederation of the Rhine. It's troops served the Emperor until 1813, when it's king deserted to the allies to save his Kingdom.

This book will cover the people, units and uniforms of the Wurttemberg Army, full of color illustrations throughout"

The comment in the link that the King of Wurttemberg 'deserted' Napoleon in 1813 is incorrect. The Wurttembergers retreated from Leipzig with the Grande Armee, fighting in at least one engagement during the retreat.

The King notified Napoleon that he would have to call his army home because of the threat of being overrun by the allies. When the Wurttembergers were recalled the left the Grande Armee and were hailed as good comrades by the French.

Very imaginative to write something like this…assuming it does appear as suggested next Spring.

I will forgive the apostrophes in the blurb, but would have welcomed even one page of content eg a typical illustration or sample of the text.

I suspect it's not yet beyond the cover stage in its final production yet.
