Going on 2 years now without the rest of my order being sent. Has said numerous times he was sending out. By the looks of the comments on his FB page a lot of people have been taken. He continues to post sales etc, then has very poor to no communication, and will not issue refund. Or stops communicating at all. Do not fall victim to this business avoid it like the plague! |

Good Luck ever getting figures from Matthew Fletcher. Emperor Toad's Emporium and Murawski Miniatures are his web sites, I suggest you don't do business with either. On Ebay his rating is also pretty bad – taking money and not shipping. I am still waiting on an order I placed on Dec 29th 2022.
I got 1 reply after I opened a Paypal case and then silence.
Due to his reply and a fake tracking number – I didn't the figures or a refund. Either incompetent or a fraud….I vote for the latter |

It is really too bad that someone in our hobby world with a business acts this way. It's not like he's a huge company and making tons of money, it just doesn't make sense given how small our hobby world is. |

I thought it worth letting him know, via an eBay message, that such messages were widespread on TMP to see if he wanted to respond. He asked me to pass on his response, to say that family and health issues mean he will indeed be packing up the business very shortly. It sounds as though he is in a rough patch and facing the inevitable commercial pressures, but is trying to deal with backlog of orders! |
