The Warhammer Citadel, Store and Cafe, opens today just up the road from me in Grapevine (Dallas), Texas …

… and I can't get there! Aargh!

Looks like a fun event though. Large excited crowds, exclusive stuff, great displays and games, Forge World merch. Food and drink too!

Unfortunately I just have so much going on this weekend, what with kids Birthday parties, son's Eagle project preparation, and goodness-knows what else, that I'll save my visit until later in the week when it's probably a little less chaotic.
Still, got to go to the anticipatory mini convention a few weeks ago which was a lot of fun.

Any local TMPers braving the crowds this weekend?

Is the menu in Bad Latin too?

I can't imagine the prices for the Café considering GW usual prices for their products, would make Starbucks look cheap IMHO.

Are they opening these in any other locations in the US?

I thought there were already GW stores in the US.

Do they offer prices at a discount like normal stores do?
