I know, I know, it is the big what if but I have begun to read up on the conflict and I am intrigued. However, it was the uninvited arrival of a Russian Mission in Kabul and the refusal by Amir Sher Ali Khan to accept a similar British mission that was the precursor for the conflict. Basically I feel Ali Khan was screwed no matter what. Still, it is possible the Russians might have opted to make a show of force. So which manufactures would have Russians in the proper uniform and other kit such a possible guns and cavalry in 28mm? I like the Copplestone Castings figures that are for the Russian Revolution inter war period but I figure those a bit late in style and equipment. |
