2nd try
Finishing up my PBRs which will give me 4 ships in my Brown water "fleet". Thinking of making my last Tango and PBR french. Would be cool to have french machine gunners with their flat hats with the pom pom. Anyone know where I could find figures with those hats?
Thanks

Joe

You might have to do a head swap for something like that. Peter Pig does not have French sailor heads, but they do have British ones. Maybe the pompom could be added somehow?

Thank you both for the ideas. I think they both have merit. Brian, the scottish heads would be perfect but I have never done a head swap. That looks hard.

It's super-easy in 15mm.

twist/clip off the old head, drill a ~1mm hole into the body, clip off the new (separate) head, test fit to make sure you cut the sprue short enough, glue.

If you're swapping heads from another mini instead of separate heads, don't use clippers to remove either head. Just twist them off.

Peter Pig does separate heads: peterpig.co.uk/heads.html
