Cool but very Silly, needs an outrigger to plausibly work. Remember rubber band spool tanks? without a fixed matchstick fixed relative to the ground they don't move. Major Matt Mason's lunar crawler had the right idea. Put sails, balloons, oars and propellers on and it would not be any less silly.
