Thinking of a cut-away model of a section of Hadrian's Wall for my classroom and would need one, maybe two figs of Roman legionaries with cloaks. Any suggestions of single figures? |

Depends on the scale, of course, but Black Tree Designs has a very wide variety of both 28mm legionnaires and auxilia troops that I think would fit the bill. They have some of both with cloaks and those braccae shorts/knickers that look like they'd be on guard duty in the cold northern wastes of Britannia. Look for some not in the action stabbing or throwing pose. linguam Latinam doces? |

Nihil – I teach History, but I am the advisor to the Latin Club! Yeah, I was thinking 28mm, but I'm open. Smaller would make for an easier model, but my eyes are getting old. I'll check out Black Tree. I bought a bunch of their Boers years ago and like them. |

Why not use Warlord Games' "Roman Sentries?" |

Actually, Nighthawk's suggestion is probably better. There are two legionnaires and two auxilia looking guys. They look nice huddled up in cloaks. |

Nice. Thanks for the suggestions. |
