Has anyone heard any rumours about this being on the horizon?
I hope so because I want to be tempted to collect lead in a new scale. :)

For Romans and Gauls this is worth checking out:

Didn't he say no more rampants? Did I imagine that?

Thanks fellas. I have Dragon Rampant and that together with those rules for Romans and Gaul's could give me the troop types I need.

Thanks Big Red. This player has put a lot of work into the adaption and just about covers the lot.

There was a Biblical version called Chariots Rampant published in Wargames Illustrated.
Tried it a few times but didn't really get the flavour of chariot warfare for us.

Really? I missed all of these because I didn't know what a fun system Rampant was at the time.

I have used this as a guideline for a variant which will also appear in WSS in the near future. It is not too hard to convert for some periods. Missile heavy armies may create a problem.
Seems like a good version for them to produce since there seems to be interest.
