Picard to return for a new series dealing with his life. Sadly it will use the same showrunner as "the well received discovery" I just have hope they keep anything related to discovery.

Picard had a life?

I never even tried to follow the newest series, because it required me to subscribe to and pay for a service that had only one show. grin
If the CBS series also carried reruns of Ed Sullivan, I might consider it.

I refused to subscribe to CBS All Access for ST: Discovery, not gonna subscribe for Picard either.

So I wonder if it will be Patrick Stewart doing the 3 or 4 minute setup for each episode, with a younger actor playing Picard for most or all of the episode.

So at some point they'll feel obligated to show him meeting the younger versions of each of his Enterprise crew mates.

We already know he met Crusher, LaForge, and Yar before TNG – but they will want to add a first meeting with Riker and Worf even though that clashes with what's already been shown.

(I guess he never said he didn't meet Worf before the Enterprise, but he certainly never inidicated he had.)

Seems to be 20 years AFTER Némesis… so, not so many Young characters… I found interesting this article… and what the man said himself…
