YIKES!!!

auction

That's a 200% mark-up and he's found TWO buyers already.

This next guy wants $150 USD for the Beginner's set!!!

auction

Holy cow! That is a x7+ mark up!

Now I will grant that each of these sets are pretty nice and I'm in this mode right now…

picture

But yeah, not for these prices. I will just have to wait like everyone else!

Some folks have to have it first – bragging rights and all that.

But, they are "classic", "OOP", "very rare" AND "pro painted". Worth every penny.

Cripes. Yeah, I'll wait as well.

Are they "pre-slotta", too?!

I love seeing that in the description for a non-GW figure line that was never released on slotted bases. :-)

Gee wounder how much my old metal ones are worth

I like seeing those re-invented old style mechs…. not paying that kind of money for them though :) I will be on the lookout for a general release.

Did the new edition FINALLY come out at GenCon?

I really do not understand how the publisher can afford to keep such a core product out of print for like two years! Really unprofessional.

And how much changes and tinkering can such a game still need? Or did it get any such treatment?

My husband must have 300 pieces for the game, from way back. He says he's played the game BEFORE it was called Battletech.
