I don't even own an ostrich. I feel your pain – we decided we could only run to a couple of Kiwis ourselves. I don't own an ostrich but I do have a beautiful specimen of Dromaius novaehollandiae, imported at great expense from the Land Down Under. The creature shows an amazing talent for the dance and has actually performed in a local production of Swan Lake, costumed appropriately for the occasion. Yes, she wore an emu tutu. LT |
