According to the original proposal the Editor chooses the individual or handful of people up for return. I think that is a mistake as it implies that he was wrong or mistaken to ban them in the first place AND he really wants them back no matter their earlier misdemeanour. Better to only let TMP members of five years or more continual membership nominate. |
