Specifically I am trying to find 15mm figures that are carrying a mix of G3 battle rifles, Minimis, and MG3 machine guns, in either a modern helmet or boonie hat.

Alas neither one. G3 equipped troops from both ranges are wearing the older M1 helmet.

Peter Pig does make separate heads with bush hats, and modern US helmets with goggles. And head swaps on 15mm minis are very easy!
