I absolutely love the P3 paint line. as it is the most like the old Citadel/Coat d'Arms paint out there. I tend to paint in spurts. I will paint for a few months, and then stop for a few months. During my "off Season", my Vallejo paints tend to separate, and the droppers get clogged. I know i have an unpopular opinion, but I love the old flip top bottles. I have some old hexagon Citadel paint that is as good as when I bought it 20 years go. the P3 paint does not separate. I would switch all my paint out to P3, but their range of color is so very limited. I would like to supplement them with Coat d'Arms but I cant find it in the U.S. Please help. |

Scale Creep Miniatures, I have had nothing but excellent service from them. And I love the paints too. BTW, do you have any old GW Midnight blue you want to part with? It was my go to blue and Vallejo Night Blue is a close approximate but I miss the GW… |

I love P3 paint too but the lid is difficult for me to open without splattering paint all over myself and the painting table. Do you have any suggestions on how to easily open a pot of P3 paint? |

I open P3 very slowly without splatter. I find the tab on the P3 lids tend to break easily. :-( I love P3 since they were designed for wet blending. |

I hold the paint pot with my fist, gripped with the fingers and then slooowly apply pressure upward with the thumb, like im opening a pill bottle. While the tabs break, if you go in on occasion and clean out the dried paint from inside the lid groove (with an exacto, it peels right out without stick to the lid surface) the seal that it makes is far superior to any other bottle type. |

The nice thing about Scale Creep's website is that you can see if it's currently in stock before you order it. I'm not sure how long it takes Mark to get a restock once he sells out. |

I re-order every 4 to 6 weeks, depending. |
