What have your experiences with Victory Force Miniatures customer service been? I like their miniatures and have always received products on time and in good condition, but recently I had an incorrect item packed in an order. I have emailed them several times and received no response at all. I can deal with a "no", but not responding just seems terribly unprofessional. Going on two months now. Is this a fluke, or have you had similar experiences? Do you know of any third party retailers that carry their stuff? |

Did you try any other means of contacting them? Sometimes emails end up in junk folders or simply do not go through. I have two people at Bushy Run that, for whatever reason, cannot email me at my hotmail account. I've even put them in my contacts list and still their emails go into my junk box. |

I have always had excellent service from them. |

Maybe it is something weird going on with email then. I suppose I'll try snail mail (that's the only other option I see on their website, no phone number). |

I've had excellent service from them too. I had a problem once and it was solved, but it's true that takes time to respond. |

I agree, email will bite you in the backside sometimes. Give them a call if they have a phone #. Dave |

Better watch that incorrect item packed deal. That is how Jim gets ya. Then you end up with some freebies then you feel compelled to add just a few more. That choose hand deal is the best. I have a grizzly looking gent with 2 AT mines. JH |

@Pictors Hotmail has required an SPF record for a sender's domain name since 2008. That still tends to be the biggest reason email doesn't get to Hotmail/outlook.com addresses. Did you try white listing those two? (Gear on the upper right, then options, junk email on the left, safe senders) |

Is Victory Force still in business? He had that posting about selling it of but then not much in the way of communication. The blog hasn't been updated in a while and no email response. I like the figures but need to know if he's still selling. |

As of last month (or there about, I'm not looking at a calendar) they were still accepting and promptly delivering orders. The only problem I've had is getting a response to follow up emails. Product quality and delivery time are still excellent. I have noticed that all their social media seems to be dead when I was looking for ways to contact them. |

Update: after getting in touch with them via snail mail. They corrected the issue plus a couple extra miniatures. So apparently it was some sort of email related problem. |

It appears they are not shipping outside the U.S. now. I have also had trouble getting email replies from them. |

Any idea how to acquire Victory Force Miniatures figures, living outside the USA? Thanks |
