Good report and a nice looking table. "What a Tanker" is the crack of wargames rules at the moment, at least at our club. Relatively low level of investment required (down to zero if you already have a few tanks and terrain) and easily understood rules. The interest is in the number of decisions the player has to make each turn – but even with six or eight players, turns are over pretty quickly. After a game, most players are asking when the next game can be arranged! |

Great game – now I am thinking I need to pick up these rules! |

North Africa could be the theater where I could see playing this – since the game is a tank exclusive, non-combined-arms rules system (could/should involve AT guns – but then that opens up…….). At the moment I'm left associating this game system with TANKS!, as a similar, but more involved version of that format. |

Is there a review or summary of this game somewhere? Thanks. |

I think What a Tanker is a lot more fun than Tanks. There are A/T guns, they're just on SP. |
