… firing bow; carrying bow; throwing javelin; carrying javelin; throwing a torch (into a building, etc.); carrying plunder…

Not every Hun rode a horse -- not all the time anyway! Not least, as it would be kind'a hard to plunder a building while still riding a horse!!

Any sources?? Thanks in advance!

Not according to the Romans…
On a more serious note, I would look through the Gripping Beast lines. They may have something suitable.

While these are not Huns, they should work: link

Can't quite bring myself to use most Mongols, mounted or dismounted, w/ their several characteristic hats -- especially the tall pointy ones. But what do folks think about Gripping Beast's plastic Mongol Infantry?

I'd forgotten about Foundry's "Hun Looters!" However, can't exactly build an "army" out of only two figures… Sadly… because I like Foundry's "ancients" figures in general!
