Haven;t heard from them in a year…last FB posting was 2017…I would say they are down ..check with Sally 4th ..they had some projects with them…but i would say..you are out of money on this one Unfortunately..A stupid hazard of this Hobby.soory it happend to you. |

Thanks for the responses. My money went somewhere, though. Does anyone know if there is any place to report mail fraud in the UK? |

There's both a Communications and a Retail Ombudsman service IIRC. Search online for UK consumer rights and see who's in charge. Finally take it to your bank. I have a First Direct account and they actively support customers in reclaiming Debit Card payment. John |
