This is a WIP that I am working on. It will eventually show the Militia figures firing behind the fence, that will be covered by wild, overgrown thicket. The figures are from the great Galloping Major settlers series. These are perfect for either F&I War or early AWI. These guys could be repelling an Indian attack or firing at the British, on that long road back to Boston. The fencing stared life as a Lemax fence. I reworked it to look more weather-beaten. I still need to carve the ends of some of the planks that look to square for the period. The bushes have been made and will be added after the groundwork is done. The third picture will give you an idea of what it will finally look like. [URL=http://s222.photobucket.com/user/nevinsrip/media/1_zpsihlsnmaz.jpg.html]

You know… (and I'm not taking anything away from your fence work) but, those thickets of yours would make a "terd" look good!!!!!!!! (had to spell it wrong) Just my opinion of course. |

I love the Lemax fences. I get more whenever they're available. Just remember to cut off the HUGE cardinal. |
