So what is it and what was one suppose to do with it? |

I just handed the swag bag back, pretty pointless imo. However i did see some being used as bags, so good for some folks… But overall I bet majority find there way to landfill |

According the guy that gave me my bag, the right token would have won you a prize of some sort. And the Swag bag worked great as a tote bag for all the stuff I bought from the dealers. I will be reusing mine in the future. |

I liked the bag -- came in handy when shopping in flea market and vendor hall. My wooden nickel said something about having the Initiative on it, so I'm planning on using it during my war games to give to the player who has the initiative (sort of like a DEALER token when playing card games like poker). |

Yes, I was told that some of the wooden nickles potentially could be a winning lottery ticket. |

The bag was useful, although not sure how many more I need to have. :) The wooden nickel will be useful too. I'm sure it'll be used as a base for some sort of miniature or other…. :) |

Damn I was hoping that someone would tell me it was redeemable at the Bar for a craft beer. |

As it was explained to me, when playing in a game and your opponent is really slow making his move, slap the token on the table and announce "Your turn is now over! I'm TAKING THE INITIATIVE" and start moving your troops!…..Wish I had this years ago!… |

Like Charlie Brown ar Halloween, I got skunked. No token in my bag. |

Hey, one could use these like challenge coins--if you are challenged to produce it, and cannot, you buy the challenger a drink/hot dog/pretzel/whatever. |

I found the bag very useful, especially in the flea market. Nicely done HMGS! |

My bag was useful until it developed a loss of attachment tab connectivity. then it became a little unwieldy. Nice modern take on the Soviet Vesmeeshok, however! |

I found the wooden token to be a perfect template for corps commander bases for Fire and Fury. |

I think the bags are very good for so many reasons. One… less disposable plastic bags HMGS needs to purchase and THEY (plastics) definitely find their way to the landfill….. the bag is more decomposable than plastic. Also, it is good for advertisement/s and so much more. with the trend moving toward "swag"… it is a good idea. You are correct about the pog…. there were a few that said "Winner" and you got a pretty cool prize I was told. It is also another type of collectible… not everyone goes for this kind of thing.. but many collect the programs, shirts, etc… it is just something different. |
