With the latest release of candies from Warfare Miniatures is my intention to add a Prussian converged grenadier battalion to my units and the question is: this kind of unit were there equipped with flags? If yes, from which of the forming unit and which kind of flag (battalionsfahnen?). Thanks for any kind of help.

Did they combine Grenadier companies that early ? Possibly for special jobs but not as a general rule.

Later the rule was the leibfahne of the senior regiment.

At Stresow 1715 were present at least five such a battalions.

I doubt combined grenadiers had special flags, my Robert Hall plates make no mention of them(but it's very WSS centric)
I don't know if early Prussians had company flags or just battalion flags.
If they had company flags, then each company would carry a smaller version of the battalion flag.

Looks like they collected the Grenadier companies from most of the regiments present to make the landing.

As I said, a special job, so possibly not carrying flags other than their company one (if they were still using them at that date, I don't think the date at which they stopped using them is that certain).
