Hi Folks,
I put in an order a couple of weeks ago – money got taken out of my PayPal account but I received an email that said order cancelled. :-( Does anyone have a way of contacting them? I've tried email address on the site and the webform with no response. Cheers,

That is a nuisance, agreed.
Is there an address and phone number on their website?
Do you know of a show they are going to attend soon? if so maybe you can get a contact to wander over?
The law says they have to. If they have not, then buyer beware , you know the sort of trader they are likely to be (there are lots like it). Good luck.. |

They seemed to have used private registration on the domain name too. No luck in finding the contact info there. Shame…I was looking at getting more Dune figs. |

UPDATE!!! Paypal has a phone number for Mark: +44 7540221955 He is still in business, it sounds like he has issues with identifying orders but they get worked out eventually. I'll provide another update once the figures arrive for anyone still uncertain. |
