GHQ would never make those. If he didn't do them himself they might be Shapeways. Less likely but potentially interesting is H&R (doubtful), Scotia or Irregular.

I do 6mm and that is what they looked so it was particularly interesting. Of course nowadays they could be 10mm or ….

Scotia has them. I bought some when Marty Fenelon was selling their line in the US.
