Hmmm…Lithium batteries provided by the lowest bidder. What could go wrong? At least 'a' target would ignite, just maybe not the one intended.

Its also likely to be held as unlawful under some International Conventions as a weapon intended to maim not kill – one reason the Russians & NATO haven't deployed similar weapons which have been available in vehicle mounted versions for decades – as it can 'cook' the human eye very easily.

China hasn't shown a lot of concern for International Conventions lately.
